Partnership with Liftify

When Adam Grillot, Koenig's Director of Marketing, joined the team in early 2024, he recognized an opportunity to enhance their strategy in order to better establish an online presence that aligns with their commitment to providing high-quality customer experiences. Koenig was seeking to centralize their marketing tech stack through a high-service partnership that would lead to actionable results.

 

Koenig has been incredibly forward-thinking in their strategy for building and enhancing their online reputation. Adam was empowered to make these strategic decisions and move their marketing plans forward with this vision. He has a lot of experience with other tools in the market, so he did not make the decision to partner with Liftify lightly. Liftify’s partnership with Koenig officially began in March 2024 by launching a 60-day, 5-location pilot program. After seeing an incredible amount of success in just the first couple of months of partnering with Liftify, Koening added 11 more locations to use as a full-company project. Fast-forward a few more months, and Liftify now works with 15 Koenig locations across Indiana and Ohio as well as their headquarters in Botkins, Ohio. Koenig’s partnership with Liftify has allowed Liftify to streamline and centralize workflows for Koenig through online reviews, surveys, and listings, making them able to strategically manage the majority of the touchpoints in their customer’s experience, and build their online reputation with intentionality.

When Liftify and Koenig’s partnership began, Koenig was just shy of 2,900 reviews. Now, approximately seven months into the partnership, Koenig has over 3,600 online reviews, a more than 25% increase! In addition to driving exceptional reviews at 2x their previous rate, Liftify partnered with their leadership team on a strategy for marrying their survey touchpoints with those reviews to maximize feedback throughout the entire customer journey, as well as develop an actionable plan for resolution management through Liftify's Ticketing process. With Listings, they are now effectively managing 750 online directories for their various locations in one place and able to sync updates as needed, saving substantial time for their team.
