This will streamline how reviews are handled and will eliminate the need for your team to manually pull data, allowing for the businesses to be more hands-off in the review process.

Beginning in July 2023, Liftify's Operations Team has worked with Sera Systems to allow an easy-to-set up connection between your platform and ours!
Process to Complete Integration:
1. Prior to your onboarding, the Liftify team will send you simple instructions for the integration.
2. Once we've completed those steps, our team will work with you to ensure that all reviews are routed properly to each of your locations.
3. We will approve messaging together on your onboarding call.
This process allows us to get your campaign launched the same day you onboard (if all steps above have been completed)!
