Combining In The Field Review Requesting + Strong Follow Up Process

Kameron, Rocky, and their team have believed in the importance of building a strong online presence and Google reviews from day one.  As part of training pre-launch, new franchisees are taught how to ask for reviews from their customers on sight. Franchisees and their staff do a good job at getting reviews in the field and corporate monitors conversion rates closely. Even though in the field efforts helped earn reviews from 30%+ of their customer base, that still left them with up to 70% of customers not leaving public reviews. The 1-Tom leadership team realized there was an opportunity to implement a robust follow up process for those customers that didn't leave reviews.

Mike Wilson owns 3 locations in South Carolina, and is one of first franchisees to do a test pilot with Liftify.  He had positive results and became a believer in the Liftify follow up process.
