Headquartered in Milford, OH, founded by a father son duo, Rocky Hensley and Kameron Hensley started 1-Tom-Plumber to create a unique franchise that merges a need where the plumbing and restoration industries work in unison. Kameron, Rocky, and their team have believed in the importance of building a strong online presence and Google reviews from day one. As part of training pre-launch, new franchisees are taught how to ask for reviews from their customers on sight. Franchisees and their staff do a good job at getting reviews in the field and corporate monitors conversion rates closely. Even though in the field efforts helped earn reviews from 30%+ of their customer base, that still left them with up to 70% of customers not leaving public reviews.
