About R.J. Groner Inc.

This HVAC company has some interesting history behind its origin. The R.J. Groner Inc. story began in 1929 as the father of the current company President, (Michael Katz) came home from World War II and joined his father and brother in the family recycling center which they referred to as "the junkyard".  As time went on, Michael's father and uncle yearned to do more, especially with a college background in mechanical engineering.  They began heating, plumbing and air conditioning and the company name was D Katz and Sons. They eventually acquired R.J. Groner in the 1960s and Michael joined his father in the early 1980s and is now running the business with John Tuohy.  They have become the premier HVAC company in Northeastern Pennsylvania.  They are still family owned and operated, they service a large area that spans across 4 counties, and the base is still in Stroudsburg across the street from the original junkyard.  R.J. Groner Inc. prides themselves on putting the customers first, being available 24/7, having highly skilled technicians, using strong quality products and materials, and maintaining their partnerships with trusted brands. 

The Liftify Journey

Understanding the value of online reviews, R.J. Groner Inc. tried using a few other providers prior to Liftify.  The results were not there, they did not deliver, they were hard to reach.  Once they joined forces with Liftify, things began to shift in a positive way and their reviews began to increase immediately as you can see below! 

 They began with Liftify in October 2023 with just over 400 reviews.  They recently just hit 1,000 reviews which is a huge milestone!  

R.J. Groner is known for serving their community, not only in the work they do for customers, but in sponsoring community events and also celebrating their employees. Their reviews are a testament to the core of their business – taking care of people!
