The Liftify & FCI Partnership

Liftify started working with a Floor Coverings Franchisee in mid 2021 who heard about Liftify through a friend and fellow business owner. After doing a 60 day pilot and having strong success, the franchisee shared the case study with other franchisees and Liftify quickly grew across the Floor Coverings network. In 2022 Liftify became an approved vendor partner of Floor Coverings International and works with the vast majority of the larger $1M+ franchise businesses.

Event Highlights

During the event the Liftify team was able to engage with the franchises during the trade show, break out sessions, and social times. Zach Garrett facilitated workshops for franchisees and sales team members on how to ask customers for online reviews, why reviews matter, and how to get your team bought in to driving reviews in 2024. Liftify has worked with franchisees in the network since 2021 and over the last 2.5 years the franchises working with Liftify have increased their online reviews dramatically. Comparing 2023 to 2020, franchisees working with Liftify have increased their online reviews by 365%. In that same timeframe they have also increased their total online reviews by 435% and strengthened their reputation in each local market.
