How does the Integration work?

Liftify's Operations Team have worked with ServiceTitan to allow an easy-to-set up connection between your platform and ours! Prior to your onboarding, the Liftify team will send you simple instructions for the integration. Once we've completed those steps, our team will work with you to ensure that all reviews are routed properly to each of your locations. This allows us to get your campaign launched the same day you onboard!

McVay Plumbing, Heating & Cooling is a Pittsburgh-based, 4-location plumbing company that we met through Legacy Service Partners. When they came to Liftify in May 2024, they had a total of 1,593 reviews. In just a few short months with Liftify, we’ve seen an 11% overall increase in their reviews, a consistent flow of public feedback, and more than 175 new reviews! We were able to determine the optimal timing, collect high quality data, and route the review requests to the proper Google page with ease due to our ServiceTitan integration.

HVAC & Plumbing

MAX Service Group is a leading home service provider consisting of 17 locations from six well-known brands, including William's Comfort Air and Mr. Plumber. The MAX brand is dedicated to delivering high-quality work, exceptional craftsmanship, and service to their communities. Since launching with Liftify in September 2023, MAX Service Group has received over 5,000 new Google reviews across its 17 locations. This has led to a 21% increase in total Google reviews, significantly boosting their online reputation. MAX utilizes ServiceTitan for all of its brands, which streamlined the onboarding and launch process, even given the company's size.

When Lewis Door Service partnered with Liftify, they had a process for asking for reviews, but the process it wasn’t fully automated and didn’t deliver the results they wanted. By integrating our systems, we transformed their approach, leading to a remarkable 202% increase in total reviews in under a year. This seamless connection allowed us to leverage the high-quality data they entered into ServiceTitan and automatically manage their customer reviews, freeing their team from any manual data handling.
