Liftify Visits the First SERVPRO to Receive 1,000 Google Reviews!

Liftify enjoys working with some of the franchisees as SERVPRO’s reputation management vendor. One location, in particular, recently jumped to the top of the leaderboard on SERVPRO’s reviews!
Michelle and Jorge Gutierrez, are the owners of the SERVPRO of Rockville-Olney and SERVPRO of Silver Spring North, which has been servicing the DC metropolitan area for over 40 years. At first, Jorge was unsure how he felt about Google reviews until he began tracking it and realized that is how his customers were finding them. As he worked closer with Liftify, he eventually built a culture around the importance of reputation, doing a good job, inspiring the team, and increasing the conversations around the value of Google reviews. SERVPRO Hits the Big Milestone
SERVPRO of Rockville-Olney has just become the first franchise in the SERVPRO business, out of 2200+ locations, to hit the huge milestone of 1,000 Google reviews! They started with Liftify in May 2023 with just over 600 reviews. In just 4 short months, they were able to reach that big milestone! Liftify is so proud to be part of this milestone and working with them during this journey. Zach Garrett, CEO of Liftify, hopped on a plane and flew to the east coast to present their trophy to the entire team in person! Take a look and watch this celebration presentation!
