Meet Jeremy Snyder, Liftify's Senior Operations Manager! With a background in finance, Jeremy thrives in problem solving and manages Liftify's operation side with a great attention to detail.

Personal Background

Jeremy grew up in Greenwood, IN as the oldest of 3 boys. Jeremy and his brothers, Cory and TJ spent a lot of their childhood playing baseball and basketball with their dad as the coach. As a kid, you could find Jeremy in the driveway shooting hoops almost everyday after school. They also lived a 5-minute walk away from the library, so he read a lot growing up. Some of his favorite memories were of his family's trips to the Indianapolis Children's Museum and The Indianapolis Zoo.

His parents went to IU, so he grew up a die-hard Hoosier fan, which made the decision to go to IU for college pretty simple. He graduated in 2020 with a Finance Degree from IU's Kelley School of Business. 

When Jeremy isn't at work, he spends most of his time with his two daughters who are 7 months and 2 years old. His favorite activities in his free time are playing in his softball league, going to his Small Group Bible Study, and investing!

Professional Background (Before Liftify)

After he graduated, Jeremy landed a job at Belden. Jeremy was in a 3-year finance rotational program which meant that his role changed every year to gain exposure to various functions of the business. During year 1, he was a sales controller which focused on financial reporting, analysis, and revenue forecasting for Belden's major distributors. During his second year of the program, he had an Accounting role centered around managing Belden's rebate program. He also had the opportunity to manage the budgeting and forecasting for the Corporate Sales & Marketing P&L as well as the IT department's P&L. 

At Liftify

During his second year at Belden, Zach Garrett approached Jeremy about joining Liftify. After hearing his vision and seeing the need, the decision to join was a no-brainer for Jeremy! He started off in a RevOps role, which included a little bit of everything as Liftify was still fairly young. Since then, he has been promoted to Senior Manager of Operations where he manages and oversees customer integrations, performance & reporting, profile setup, review requests, financial reporting, and CRM workflows.
