Prime Hospitality Group partnered with Liftify in an effort to boost online reviews, resulting in an immediate impact for the company. When PHG’s partnership began with Liftify in January
2024, they had under 18,000 total reviews. In less than nine months, they have surpassed 25,000 reviews – a 42%+ increase in total Google reviews. PHG has also seen a 300% increase in review volume compared to 2023, with nearly every location increasing their star rating.
Liftify has assisted PHG in creating a better process for getting reviews, enabling integration of OpenTable, as well as creating a solution that is tailored to the restaurant hospitality industry. Liftify is working with 14 of PHG’s locations across the country.
