Meineke is an international automotive repair franchise with almost 1,000 locations across North America. Since its founding in Houston, TX in 1971, Meineke has consistently grown and is now part of the publicly traded Driven Brands (DRVN) family of automotive brands. There are some Meineke franchisees that own a larger number of centers but many franchisees just have one or two locations. 

Meineke + Liftify

Liftify was introduced to Meineke through a mutual business connection who spoke at one of their regional events. Liftify CEO Zach Garrett was invited to speak to a group of top Meineke franchise owners at one of their offsite events and share what Liftify does and how he thought we could help. From there, many of the leading franchisees who were in attendance agreed to pilot Liftify for 60 days. Each of the franchises that tried Liftify had tremendous success and that opened the door to Liftify being invited to the annual 2023 convention in Phoenix, AZ.

2023 Convention Details

At the event, the Liftify team engaged with franchisees and team members at the trade show booth throughout the week. Liftify CEO Zach Garrett also led two breakout sessions for franchisees showing them the changing digital landscape in the auto industry and how Liftify is uniquely positioned to help with that. He also walked through use cases of Meineke franchisees that had been using Liftify - all of which had success and were advocating that others join Liftify. This event was a great opportunity for us to educate, tell our story, and share case studies with franchisees. We came away from the event with many new customers that were excited to get started on building a stronger online reputation.

The initial Meineke pilot group and subsequently additional locations that joined Liftify after the pilot have had incredible success. Overall the initial group increased their quarter over quarter reviews by 110% using the Liftify solution while maintaining a high star rating. Each business that has worked with Liftify has seen a significant improvement in their online reviews and also has seen a positive increase in their ratio of 5 star reviews compared to negative reviews.
