Background

CertaPro Painters® is the largest painting franchise in North America with over 400 locations across the United States and Canada. Recently CertaPro was ranked #163 on the list of top 500 franchises and inducted into the Franchise Hall of Fame by Entrepreneur Magazine. Each year CertaPro holds an in-person convention for the corporate team, franchisees, their team members, and vendor partners to come together to celebrate, learn, and grow. The 2024 convention was recently held in New Orleans, LA. At this conference, franchisees were encouraged to learn about innovative strategies, gain new insights, and connect with their fellow franchise owners.

Liftify Is A Trusted Vendor Partner

Liftify met CertaPro Painters® through a local franchisee in Indianapolis in mid 2020. After quick success with a pilot that franchisee started telling other franchisees about Liftify and more and more franchises started signing up. By the end of 2020 over 100 franchisees signed up and were seeing really strong results with the Liftify solution. Since then, Liftify continued to rapidly grow and now supports the vast majority of the franchise network as their reputation partner and also works with the corporate team directly to provide holistic solutions to the franchise as a whole.

Event Highlight

One of the biggest highlights of the convention was being able to celebrate the major milestones that have been achieved in Google review growth over the last year. Over 100 franchises crossed significant Google review milestones from 100 to 1,000 reviews and we brought trophies to celebrate them! Also, the corporate team crossed 50,000 Google reviews - a major milestone for any home service franchise and something few have achieved. Watch the recap below.
